Newborn 101
Two and a half hour informational course for new parents. From the first breath to navigating life at home, this course is designed to prepare you on how to safely care for your newborn and covers preparing for lactation. Includes hands on demonstrations. Registration is for 2 people, limited to 5 pairs
Prenatal Lactation Group Class
This 90 minute course is designed to set you up for success on your breastfeeding journey, before you give birth. Registration is for 2 people, limited to 5 pairs. 1:1 sessions by appointment only (zoom available). BCBS PPO/FSA eligible
Grandparent Workshop
This course is designed for the loving support members of your tribe. Maybe they have a ton of experience with newborns, but need a refresher. This course discusses baby safety and some of the new information providers know now that may have changed in the last decade. Registration is for 2 people, limited to 5 pairs
Lactation Consultation, initial in person 60-90 min
Initial home or office visit. BCBS PPO and Aetna plans accepted. We also accept FSA and can provide a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Lactation Consultation, follow up 30-60min
In office or in home follow up consultation. BCBS PPO and Aetna plans accepted. We also accept FSA and can provide a suprebill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Lactation Consultation, telehealth 60 min
Telehealth appointments are great for feeding plans and general lactation concerns. Not recommended for infant oral concerns, latching issues and infants with poor weight gain as an in person assessment iis best. BCBS PPO and Aetna plans accepted. We also accept FSA and can provide a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Lactation Consultation quick phone chat 15 minutes
Not sure if you need a consultation? Have general questions? Don't know where to start? We can schedule a quick 15 min phone call to discuss your concerns. If a consultation is warranted, cost of quick char will be deducted from your consultation.
Infant Massage
This hands on infant massage course is designed for you and your baby. Learn soothing massage techniques that can be incorporated in your everyday interactions.
Infant Massage
For babies newborn to 6 months of age. Parents and caregivers will be taught infant massage techniques.
Night time wind down
This class is designed for those who have taken our infant massage course. This night time offering is to help parents and baby wind down. Soothing music, warm tea for mom, and a relaxing massage sesh for baby.
